Privacy Policy
How D.E. Jackson Enterprises, LLC collects, uses, and protects what you share with us. Last updated June 17, 2026.
The short version
We only collect what you choose to give us, we use it to respond to you and serve you well, and we never sell it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
What we collect
- What you submit — your name, email, phone, organization, and the details you share in a form, a guide request, or the SCALES Assessment (including your responses and result).
- Basic usage data — if analytics are enabled, standard, mostly-anonymous information about how the site is used (pages visited, device, general location), via tools like Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and recommend the right way to work together.
- To deliver the guide or assessment result you asked for.
- To send you relevant follow-up about coaching, consulting, the SCALES Method, and related offerings — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand and improve how the site performs.
Where it goes
Your information is stored and processed in our customer-relationship and automation tools (such as HubSpot and n8n) on Dr. Jackson's own accounts. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — never with anyone who would use it for their own marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & tracking
If analytics or advertising pixels are active, the site may set cookies to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our messaging. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them won't stop the site from working.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email.
- Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — just ask.
